Do You Accept Returns?

All sales are final.

Because most of our pieces are custom-made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We encourage you to carefully review sizing, colors, and spelling before placing your order, as orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are submitted.

If your item arrives with a manufacturer defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. If we made a mistake, we will absolutely make it right.

We are not responsible for issues related to incorrect size or color selection, spelling errors submitted with the order, or damage after delivery. Please follow all care instructions to keep your item looking its best.

What are your turnaround times?

Our current turnaround time is 10–14 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Processing begins the next business day after your order is placed. Weekends and holidays are not included.

Because most items are made to order, materials are often purchased specifically for your order once it is submitted.

If an item is in stock and ready to ship, it will typically be mailed within 3–5 business days.

During holidays or high-volume seasons, turnaround times may be slightly extended. We treat every order as if it were our own and truly appreciate your patience.

If you need something sooner, feel free to reach out before ordering — rush processing may be available for an additional fee.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. We are located in Fountain Inn, South Carolina and offer porch pickup for local customers.

You will receive an email with pickup details once your order is ready.

We kindly ask that orders be picked up within 7 days of completion. If an order is not picked up within that time, a shipping invoice will be sent before the order can be mailed.

How does shipping work?

We ship via USPS or UPS depending on the size and destination of your package.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Please note that once a package has been accepted by the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages. If an issue occurs during transit, you can contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Zelle for your convenience.

If you choose Venmo or Zelle at checkout, payment instructions will be provided and payment must be completed within 24 hours for your order to be processed.
